Focus Fitness: 2-Week Before/After
So, I sent my 2-week Before & After photos to my good friend/personal trainer this morning. He literally said "Oh my god!", so I guess he was pleased with my progress so far.
I can definitely see progress and this just motivates me more. He told me I should have a killer 6-pack in four weeks. I asked him if I could order them sooner. LOL Anyway, here are the photos...
Oh, and I decided to shave my Van Dyke. I'd had it for 6 months and I'd grown tired of it.

Damn you, I was about to comment that 'I can see the difference - you shaved!' thus implying that I could see no other difference. But then you went and announced at the end you had shaved and it lost all it's (debatable) comedic value. Why are you so determined to ruin my fun??Seriously though, good job. Nearly as good as my six pack! Plus also, shaving made you younger!
@Jenny_Wren - Thanks! I was hoping the photos weren't inappropriate or anything. I try to be cautious about things like that. @PrincessPowers - Yeah, I noticed that too! I think it's because he has me keeping my core contracted through every exercise. I feel so invigorated these days! @happyworld_ofharibo - Hahaha! Yeah, my wife said I looked like I did the day we were married 9 years ago. I guess exercise really is the fountain of youth!
You got good genes too, cuz it would take me two years to get that fit.
OME, not fair! I've been working out for two MONTHS and I'm not even close to having abs like that...well, not that I actually want a six pack, just a flat tummy. *sigh* You, however, look fab! I concur that you look younger and seriously fit

@SUMRdaisy - Aw, thanks! My friend/trainer has gotten some awesome results for women. His own wife is a client and she looks AMAZING after 3 months.@Crystalinne - It's a combination of diet and exercise. I do cardio 6 days a week and weight training 3 days.
