Okay, so I finally managed to get the video edited and uploaded. Like others, I had to break it up into two videos because it was so long (over 18 minutes!). I apologize for the delay. I did manage to answer all the questions from the following people:
Yeah, that was really good. You're very commanding of your audience when you speak, I have no idea how the television got turned to Jake and the Neverland Pirates while I watched this... I'm going to see what that smells like at Bath and Body Works...not being a weirdo...
It's not coincidence that your favorite family/kid's movies both have strong father leads.
@ShamrockLover - hahaha... I could go so many mischievous places with my response to this. But I'll be good this morning and just say thank you. I am curious though... how did you imagine me?
@sarahsmurfette - I'm glad you liked it! I was just trying not to be too boring. lol And the Ylang Ylang Myrrh smells really good B&BW! Let me know what you think when you get a chance to check it out. I never really thought about the father connection with the kids movies. But yeah, that makes perfect sense. So... vlog by you some day?
I can already tell this is going to be cool. I paused to comment after only a few seconds to say thank you first off for telling us how to pronounce your screen name. I love to hear my blog friends in person whether through vids like this, a voice clip, or on the phone. Now I return to hear the Q/A parts.
It is now imperative that we meet. I adore Bink. Plus, I'm currently rereading HP (about to finish #5). Not to mention, Finding Nemo and The Incredibles are my two favorite kids' movies. I'm pretty sure we're related.
Okay I finished both videos. My thoughts are as follows: *Where were the kids during the filming? Because quietness and being uninterrupted for that long at my house is never a good thing. *Holy Moly I can't believe the questions some people asked, and way to go with your honest answers. *I really like the shirt. *The Incredibles is one of my favorite kids movies too, along with Mulan. *It cracks me up that you actually GOT UP and went and got the bath and body works thing.
@amateurprose - Yeah, I think you and a few other people are either blocked at work or just can't watch it since it's nearly 20 minutes long. lol
@wickedgood - I loved your question! There was no way I was NOT going to answer that one.
@xXrEMmUsXx - Not how you imagined? Well, now you have to tell me how you DID imagine me. Squeaky voice? Shaky fingers? lol
@SHEERROSE - Don't apologize for the question. I think it was great. In answer to your other questions...
Xangans I go to when I have problems
:@ TheMarriedFreshman, @KrisOlogy and @skylar_rose.
Have I ever sent a Xangan something in the mail?
Yep. I sent TheMarriedFreshman and her family an extra webcam I had lying around.
Do I believe in soulmates?
Hmm.. no, not really. I don't think there's one specific person out there for everybody. What about people who decide they never want to get married? That would leave some poor soul wandering in search of someone they'll never find. I just think certain personality types are simply more compatible than others. Finding a good fit depends on a lot of variables.
Do you pray for other people?
Yes, all the time. And I will definitely pray for you.
@saintvi - I knew it! The fact that you adore Bink says so much about you. There's a family connection out there somewhere. So, we gotta plan this meeting soon!
@Crystalinne - Hahaha... that vintage video! You watched that? I guess I should've known people would browse the other videos too. I was young... and thought I had so much swag back then. lol
@aSeriesofFortunateEvents - My three little ones were blissfully asleep when I made this video. It does happen on rare occasion. lol As far as the questions, I did say I'd answer anything. I guess people took me up on it. And a lot of people say My X-L. I'm not sure why they think that at first. But alas, it is a first and last name and not an adjective. lol
@MyxlDove - I think it's one of those things where you don't know how to say it so you just mentally say the letters instead of trying to pronounce it. I keep trying to say it right in my head and it just doesn't go. ha.
@MyxlDove - I mean no disrespect when I say anything of this... and I have always liked the nature of your heart so... here I go.
Well, first of all, you look older in pictures than you do in video... likely because your mannerisms are youthful? You are also more attractive than the pictures.
And here is the zinger - don't hate me - but first impressions have a a lasting impact =[ - the look of your blog... and the smiley faces made me think you were potentially a little more feminine. BUT you are completely NOT in anyway and very masculine.
See how off our impressions of people can be? wow. I suck huh?
@UndyingNova - I would LOVE to see you do a vlog! I get the feeling that what you consider awkward, many others would probably consider adorable. Anyway, I'll be doing another one soon. Maybe this week. I'll tag you if I do.
@xXxlovelylollipop - Thanks! I always love to see and hear people. Strangely enough, photos don't always provide a complete picture of someone's personality.
@xXrEMmUsXx - Disrespect? There is NO WAY I would consider any of that disrespectful. I am flattered that you would say such things... attractive? ... youthful? ... masculine? You make me I do like to use smileys. But only because I think it they're much more expressive when combined appropriately with the words we choose. And just so we're clear, you do NOT suck.
@AncoraImparo - This is why you need to stop by more often. No one called me a punk for 3 DAYS! lol
@Elizabethmarie_1 - I know how busy your life must be with a family as large and active as my own. So I always appreciate when you find time to visit. I just love your blog. Have I said that lately? I really do!
